  1. Free 15-Point Website & Visibility Diagnostic: An external public scan of your homepage speed, HTML heading/metadata structure, JSON-LD schema, and mobile enquiry paths.
  2. Fixed-Scope Remediation & Rebuilds: Written, fixed-scope INR engagements (such as Google Business Profile & Local Schema Setup, Mobile Speed & Conversion Remediation, or Static Astro Website Rebuilds) agreed in writing prior to work commencing.

3. No Guaranteed Search Rankings or AI Citations

Search engines (Google Search, Google Maps) and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are independent third-party systems whose algorithms change continuously.

  • What We Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of the agreed technical and engineering scope—such as validated JSON-LD structured data (LocalBusiness, Course, LodgingBusiness, FAQPage), clean HTML heading/meta hierarchy, /llms.txt documentation, faster asset delivery, and functional WhatsApp/email conversion flows.
  • What We Do Not Guarantee: We do not promise #1 Google rankings, guaranteed Map Pack positions, or guaranteed AI citations, nor do we guarantee a specific number of student enrollments or room bookings.

4. Client Ownership & Access

  • 100% Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your domain name, CMS, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, hosting/Cloudflare accounts, and production website code upon payment of the agreed project fee.
  • Collaborator Access: Where implementation requires temporary collaborator access to your WordPress/CMS dashboard, DNS, or Google Business Profile, you remain the primary owner and may revoke collaborator permissions at any time after completion.

5. Research Data & Demonstration Scans

Empirical statistics and anonymized diagnostic snapshots published on this website (sourced from our Uttarakhand Web Health database) reflect point-in-time automated public scans of HTTP-accessible web pages and public directory listings.
